I just got my springs and shocks done and had a friend do it...it is very easy to do the back shocks yourself because the springs and the shocks are sperate but for the fronts you have to have something to hold the springs together so you can take the struts off and put the the springs on..it took my frienda bout 30 minutes to do the back shocks and springs...and about 3 hours to do the front ones...those are the ones that are a pain
