      If you take all 4 sets to a shop they will probaly charge you 1-1.5 to change them. If they take them off the car and everything you are probaly looking at about 4 hours of labor that they will charge you. Find out what the average labor rate is, around here is right around 100 bucks an hour.

          hm i think this one shop i normally go to is like 70. but i want to learn to do it myself. so ima try it.

                    The springs ae not as difficult to install, but if I were you I'd get the shocks done professionally, people have been killed trying to install them themselves, NO LIE. Compressed gasses inside a small cylinder + beginner = disaster. I'd let a shop do it that way you can get your tires spin balanced and a wheel alignment. You'll know it's done right then.
