i just got my pa k-member. any ideas on how to istall it. your help and reply means alot thanks

Im pretty sure you have to remove the old K-member by lifting the car away from the unbolted front chassis, and moving it all over onto the new K-member, and bolting it back up - since the K-member holds everything together. 12sec could help you here!2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

support the frame on jack stands,
support the engine on a lift
remove tires
remove spindles
remove upper and lower control arms
unbolt engine from mounts
disconnect power steering lines
disconnect brake lines
disconnect and remove all wiring
unbolt k member from front subframe
lower k member
remove rack
install rack on new k member
reinstall brake lines and wiring on new memeber
bolt new member back up
reverse the rest of the process.
with some help and the right tools you should be able to do it in a solid weekend, after the first time learning curve I bet you could do it in a day with help.-Brad
