When you launch, the rear has to "squat" down. Are you on stock springs and shocks? How many miles are on them? Upon a particularly hard launch it's possible (never heard of it happening before) that you put too much stress on some old components.

Possibly the Torque arm bushing- mine was completely destroyed after three runs, and the car is a 2000 with 30,000 miles on it. I need to get a poly bushing, they are cheap. The next time you can look under the car (when it's on jackstands or whatever) check all of the bushings on the rear, a good hard launch will eat them up.

Start with the easiest thing and check tire pressure

i did raise it the night after but it was only at 27 and i havent noticed anything since. but i havent drove it since then until i just now drove it down the main road along my niehborhood and it seemed better, even though i wasnt paying attention cause i was running to the conoco. so i'll pat attention later. you may have hit it on the head 95Batmobile.
