I am looking for some new tires to replace my stock ones, the stock ones grip pretty well, but i am into turns, you would wonder why i have a v6 camaro with stock suspension, well that because of what i did to my other car, you can see it under the title "so i got in a accident part 2". Well anyways i was looking throught tirerack and I was wondering how accurate the rating are on the tires, like can i fully trust the ratings? Or can you all give me some sugestions on what tire i would want to use to replace the stock ones.

Once again I'll vote for the BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW's in 245/50ZR-16's. Great in the curves! ;)

I have to agree with L32Projekt. I love my g-force tires. Good grip for hard launches, stiff sidewall doesn't roll under cornering. It's hard to set the bead on these tires cuz they're so damn stiff but they're real good tires. Especially for the price.

performance... I say the KDWs they do stick... Driven my freinds 95 with a near stock suspension and they stick

Performance for a decent price... Kuhmo 711s or 712s...

I hear they blow in the snow, but I love them in the rain, one of the best tires I have had in the rain, and they grip nicely in the dry as well. But I have heard they wear quickly... I am still on my first set but I slapped them on in Jan.

I have Pirelli Pzeros, I think they're a little cheaper than the g-force tires and have similar if not higher rankings on tirerack from what I remember.
I love mine too, by the way. I had Remmington tires before these, and when I upgraded it was like a night and day difference... tread life has been GREAT too. My remmingtons were gone after lik 15,000 miles I think, these are showing no major visible wear after 6k miles so far.

Yokohama AVS so far is the best for me. I've tried Kuhmo 711s and they were better than stock GAs but the AVS has the grip of the Kuhmo and the tread life of the Goodyears.
