How bad does this affect tires?

How bad does the occational burnout/donut affect the tires? I don't do them constantly but there is the occational one. Is it really taking alot of the tread of my tires?

Yes it uses up your tires faster. In a perfect world for tires no one would do burnouts or donuts to make them last the longest they can.... but there is no fun in that.

If you want tires that last longer through burnouts, buy your next set with a 500+ treadwear rating. You'll get a sh*tty ride and terrible traction, but they'll give you plenty of burnouts and donuts until your heart's content.
