1) There are no "best" springs, since they simply change the characteristics of the handling of your car. GM argues the stock springs are best [img]smile.gif[/img] . See my suspension info page on my website for spring rate information for different mfgr's.
2) Don't go past 1.5" if you can help it, lowering is only for looks so don't go nuts if you want performance.
5) I'm planning on going with Hotchkis springs. I like the springrate they offer and the limited drop they provide. The softer the spring, the nicer the ride, and IMO it looks like a very nice design for the price.
6) Buy springs from one of our sponsors if you can [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]
7) Stay away from eBay unless you know exactly what you want and are positive about what you're buying is what you want. eBay shouldn't be used for regrettable purchases IMO. I have yet to see many good suspension components go for sale on ebay also.
