Is the only suspension part needed with a lowered car an adjustable panhard rod? Or are LCA nessecary too?

You shouldn't need to realign the rear axle with an adjustable panhard rod, and I would almost bet if your front wheels are aligned right (thrust alignment) you will see no benefits adjusting it.
However, many claim when they lower their cars they regain lost traction at the track using LCA relocation brackets - just get high quality ones if you go that route.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
