I was looking at the rear of my car the other day and noticed that I can see more of the drivers side tire than the passenger side. I went and messured the horizontal distance from the wheel to the fender, and found a difference of half an inch. I also found out the my passeneger side on the rear sits about half an inch lower then the divers side. I did all the measureing in my garage so that is was sitting on a perfectly flat and level surface. What could be wrong and how should I fix it??? From under the car I cant seem to find anything bent or broken. :(

you need an adjustable panhard rod. is your car lowered? this usually happens on lowered cars, but it might happen on stock springs also i'm not sure. your panhard rod is too long for your rear ride height so it is shifting the rear to the driver side. w/ the adj phr, you will be able to shorten the length of it until it's centered.

My car isn't lower, it's still in it's stock for for the suspension. I was thinking that's what I needed to get, still like to know why it isn't centered since it is stock. Thankx. Anyone else got some thoughts?

could be spring wear from driving around on it so much, could be shock wear, could just be the weight of ppl in the car affecting it. an adjustable phr will fix this problem.

my car only has 37,000 miles on it, and it's only 170lb me in the drivers seat. But like I said originally, the passenger side sits about half an inch lower, could this be causeing the axle to be off center? Also, how can might I be able to fix the problem of the one side being lower. Shocks shouldn't have anything to do with ride hight, and they are not leaking or worn out.

The panhard bar will center the wheels and I think one side being slightly lower is typical of a lot of 4th gens, but it could be shock/spring wear like mentioned above!
