I'm not sure if I'm doing the math right, but what is the tire height of my 275/40-17's?
I came out w/ approx. 24.75" Is this right?

well crap. that's one hell of a difference. i just did a gear swap, and changed it with my HPP3, and it required me to note my tire height. for lack of time I used a tape measure, and put in 25". How much am I off? and what's being affected?Comment

From the same page, at 70 mph it shows a difference of 1.8 mph between 25.66 and 25. ;)

so what would I put in as my tire height? The HPP3 only allows 1/4" increments. 25.5" or 25.75"?Comment

put in 25.5, cuz when the tires wear, the speedo will get closer to the actual tire height, but for a while, you'll read that ur goin a little slower than u actually are.2001 Arctic White Firebird<br />More mods than I\'m allowed to list!Comment
