All camaro/firebird shocks from 93-02 are interchangeable. SS are firmer/better handling

      Yes all are interchangeable.

Depending on which "SS" shock you mean, it might be better or it might be the same... The SLP Bilsteins are not better than deCarbons btw

This is what I have heard from a former Firehawk owner who lives near me: All the v8 LS1 springs/shocks are exactly the same, stock.

Correct if the firehawk is not equipped with the overpriced-for-what-its-worth bilstein/eibach package from SLP (known as the level 1 suspension you can find on their website).

On older firehawks/ss's this was not true (late 3rd gen for example) but on modern ones they run the same suspension as the car they were derived from.

This is why I call modern SS's Z28/SS's. And many times I'll refer to a firehawk as either a WS6 Hawk or a T/A Hawk - since the WS6s have slightly different suspension setups.
