Wheels?? Help please

I'm torn between the Z06 wheels and the 2000 C5 wheels, then I don't know if I should get chrome or polished, cuz I live in Ohio and our roads are ****. Then I thought I wanted 275/40/17 on all four tires, but now I kind of want the Corvette look and get get 18's in the back. What size tire will I need for the 18's and will there be any problems. I know the speedo will be a problem, does anyone know about how much that will cost to fix?? And I am gonna take these off for winter if anyone was wondering? please help!

i would go 18 all around. and my personal choice is 2K C5s
