• Torque specs on STB nuts?

Does anyone know how much torque the shock tower nuts need? You know, http://www.bmrfabrication.com/stb/v8stb-large.jpg. I don't know if it is 37 ft/lbs or 32 ft/lbs.

You would be fine up to around 45ftlbs - I recommend 35 like the Haynes manual does...

Thank you, Dom I tightend them to 37 ft/lbs. That was what my brother's 97 Camaro shop manual said.

Those are the only bolts on my car I don't worry much about torque specs... I simply tighten them evenly by hand and hope its right :D However you did the proper thing
