Nope.
See my suspension info for spring rates, you'll see why.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

Reducing squat can be controlled by a shock with more compression, or just a stiffer spring setup. Why do you want to reduce acceleration squat though, if you're into drag racing thats what gives you traction 2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

This is why people go with soft shocks and old V6 rear springs when they want to dragrace - they want the weight to shift to the rear at launch and add more traction.
The coefficient of friction is always multiplied by the amount of force being applied to the object to get the amount of force that it can handle statically before it slips. If the coefficient of friction of rubber to asphault is 0.75, and this is a constant, and you multiply it by say 1500lbs in the rear you can then apply a net forward thrust of 1500*0.75 = 1125lbs of force foward before the tires slip.
If you increase that weight transfer and get the weight off the front and on the back, say make it 1800lbs - well 1800*0.75 means you can stall higher and launch harder without spinning 2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
