Camber close to 0 or just barely negative is probably the best for on the street.
For castor, most shops will set the right wheel slightly more positive than the left, this gives a slight push from the right to offset the crowning in most roadways.
Toe is usually better around 0 or slightly positive for RWD cars.
I'm a little curious though how they're adjusting camber and toe on a Camaro with a solid rear axle. Heh. The only thing you could change is thrust angle, and I'm not even sure you can do that... I never noticed if the lower control arm body connection points are slotted.
well i'm gonna guess your car pulls to the left? other than toe being way out camber isn't out enough to cause major tire wear and i wouldn't worry about caster.

Yeah, the car does pull a little to the left. Before I got the alignment it pulled HARD to the right. It seems to be fine now, I just didn't know what all of it meant, and I didn't want to be putting too much wear on one tire like I was before.
