I have 205-40-17's on my car right now and the psi was at 32 when i checked now on the tire it says psi of 51 does it need to be up at 51 or could it go about 45 or so? I know nothin of this sort so any help is appreciated

i would keep it around 35... check what the sidewall says and keep it 5-10 PSI under that. the more you drive, the warmer your tires get and the more pressurized the air inside them becomes.Comment
