Hey all

I got my smothie 2's w/ tires and im not sure if i want to keep MY STOCK wheels, the car will not be driven in the winter any more (to much power ;) and to much money into it)

there 4 GM (stock) 5 star 16's. they are chrome, and have some were from the years of use. don't plan on the tires i'm planing on making good use of them :nautghy: (not much left on them any who)

i was wonding what some of you think about. them.....

wow... this IS an extremely important dilemma you're face with, definitely worth posting about. This IS a huge decision! ;) I kid, kind of a silly post though.

Sell them and buy some Pro Stars. 15x3.5 and 16x8 rears.

i know an't it....lol i dont even know if ill ever get drag tires...... i know i should but i dont do it all that often and i have yet to gt to a track and not knowing were i'll be the next few years.......lol

I sold my painted 16" wheels for about 250-300, but they were in perfect condition.

Chrome in good shape you should get 400 for them, if they were used to locate curbs then probably 300.

You WILL need some tires if you plan on proving the 16K you dropped into your car did something. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

HAHA LOL know just not right now, kinda broke, and want to get car running and tuned and motor broke in then i'll biuld tranny and get drag tires... [img]smile.gif[/img] maybe a 12 bolt too.... ugg

I have seen chrome 5-stars go as high as $600 without tires but for the most part they were usually $400ish
