sometimes when I make a sharp right turn, or a right turn fast enough to feel some g's... I'll get this sound coming from the right rear side of the car. It almost sounds like a cross between metal on metal squealing and humming. Very strange... It has been worse (much louder) since I purchased new rims... Any ideas? I don't think I have an LSD since I have probably the most basic '98.

do the rims have the proper offset? its not likely but they could be rubbing the brakes or something else in that area, and you might check your alignment, it could be grabbing on a raw section of tire
i have a front tire thats going downhill fast and when i turn i get a humming noise out of it, but only turning right, when i turn left its silent, so you might check those things outR.I.P \'99 Firebird, you will be missed<p>New toy - 2001 GSXR-750, Yoshimura Exhaust, Power Commander, Rebuilt Airbox
