Does the front end suspension usually start to go on f-body's after say, 100k miles on a well daily driven car.

yup, rear too. you'd notice a huge difference in ride quality and handling if you were to replace your shocks at least.

ball joints and upper control will be fine for a while.

steering... what year is your car? 99 and below had "rag" type steering linkage, that can wear out after time or it can last quite a while.

wheel bearings... wouldnt touch them until you start hearing noise from them. Even then its an easy fix.

yea i have a 96. I don't seem to have any problems with the front end right now. But im curious.

Rear end sure makes some racket. It sounds like the noise is comming from my diff. It makes a knocking sound right under the hump between the back seats. When i acell or let off it makes a clunk, when I take corners it clunks too.
