• Tires to Change, Different size front and back?

It's time to change my front tires (stock 215/60/16)

I've changed my back tires 6 mounths ago (216/60/16 bridgestone ER30 , there was no 245/50/16 available)

My question is :
If I put the bridgestone ER30 front and Get new 245/50/16 tires back, does it hurt the driving?is it dangerous (ABS, etc)

Is it a good idea?

It is not dangerous at all, however if you run different sizes in front and back you cannot rotate your tires... which would lead to a shorter life for the tires.

true... My winter setup is 205 in front and 245 in back, but is only ran like 3-4 months of the year.

Sure you could do that. I would even reccomend it, then a couple months down the road, buy 245's for the front, and then do a rotaion. Youll be fine. Also, alot of tire stores dont have the 245's, just order the ones you want, look around first! ;)
