i have bmr lca's on my ride. i had a terrible noise coming from the rear of my car. i went a bought a grease gun today. my lca's have grease fittings. i put a couple of squirts in each and the noisse is gone.... yea!!!!!

i dont think i greased mine enough :( slp sent two packets of non-melting grease and i misplaced one of them, so i only had 1 for the lcas and panhard rod. they're makin some noise...gotta fix that.
