I think I am geting some Dunlop D60 A2,

I desperately need new tires and I found these, the tire dealer had 4 left from last year, they have a new design but it looks too european, these ones look like the standard tread, but they are really deep and such. I tried to find 235/55/16 but most places couldnt find that size (I guess it is wierd) so these are 245/50/Zr16"s which I think will help give it that Z28 look.
I am having my dad bargin for me, they said they would give them to me for $127 but he was pretty flexable so I think I could get them for $115 or so. Any reviews? The crappy goodyears almost put me in a ditch yesterday because they cant handle the rain.

$115/tire is no deal even for A2s.

Sadly, the A2s are not very good tires, they just last a long time.

If you're looking for cheap try the Kumho 711 P245/50R16s, theyre $60/ea from tirerack [img]smile.gif[/img]

aren't those kumho 711 supras bad tires too? You can't hook on em, blah, etc.

The dunlop D60 A2 is a pretty good all-season tire, but that's about it. Consumer Reports gave it a good review, but I doubt they did drag-strip strip testing or **** like that with 'em. It has near zero performance, and is best suited for a stock V6.
