I just finished putting on some breyton 18" rims with kuhmo 245's and when someone is in the back seat whenever i go over even the smallest dip in the road my tires scrape against the top of my wheel well. Do i need to get stiffer shocks to fix this?

Are they the same overall height as the factory tires? Do they extend outside the fender lip? -
With 18s you need a very low profile tire. Just go back to where you got them and try to get a lower profile...1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

Get that spacer or smaller tires..
