  • LS1 Suspension components compatability

Will all suspension parts from 82-02 Camaro TPI,LT1,LS1 engines work on a 3800. I was looking on ebay earlier and it said 82-02 Camaro LT1,TPI,LS1 but didn't say V6. As for suspension components I'm referring to subframe connectors, lowering springs, pan hard rods, lower control arms etc.

Rear suspension parts are interchangable 82-02 but for front springs/shocks you will want 93-02. Third gens had a different setup.

Thanks all, so subframe connectors, and LCA's should bolt right up?

if you get v8 springs up front wont your car be higher off of the ground rather than if you get v6 springs?

I would like to know this too. I'm scraping my turbo pipes everywhere and I want to raise the front end of the car up a bit so it wont scrape as much.

Slightly, only ¼ - ½ inch or so. Depends on the spring rate.

Strut bar brace is different from normal Z28, unless its a universal one which it will say.
