    I would just stay with the stock springs personally. Upgrading to aftermarket struts and shocks will make your ride alot smoother. Don't expect anything special from Z28 springs, they are softer.

      I have done the take off springs and shocks on my 95 3.4 It did make the front sit a little higher. It has better damping, but to me I feel every little bump. So when I order my lowering springs, I will switch to better shocks.
