  • My rearend feels loose

    ok, when i'm going around a turn even at slow speeds or going over bumps i feel my rearend is loose side to side. when i go over a bump it makes a noise going side to side. what could be the problem???

      Be more descriptive about the noise. Solid axle will move on bumps.

        If it's really side to side, it may be the Panhard rod, most likely either the bolts or the bushings.

          my car was doing this, check and tighten all rear suspension, panhard,lca, ect... also check for visible deterioration of the bushings.

            Check the front suspension as well, specifically for a broken Front sway bar endlink. With only a rear bar (working), you'd be sliding like hell.
