i'm going to run the sport line spring kit from eibach, and i was told that the bilstein shocks wouldnt be a good match and that koni or hal adjustables would be a better match.

Sportlines are very low on Fbodies and they are basically show springs. They're so effing weak that I would never run them. Putting a properly valved shock in the rear is not going to be enough, since the spring rate is actually not high enough.
If you want it to look pretty in a parking lot, thats great, but if you're after performance, get the prokit or something like that and then we'll talk shocks. There isn't a good shock for the sportline spring, and I'm sure Strano will tell you the same (but you're welcome to call him and ask!).2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

Look into the G2 springs, a good size drop, and really firm. I think they are designed for more race aggressive applications though, not for show.
