Has anyone ever pulled their PS pully off? I am going to be replaceing my PS pump as soon as I can get the pully off. I got a pully puller and it doesn't pull it off but starts bending the edges of the pully so I don't want to mess up my pully by going any farther. Any info would be appreciated.

Your pump didn't come with a pully? Try again with the puller. Squirt some penetrating oil at the hub and then pull from a bunch of different points on that pully. Keep turning it so it doesn't bind up. If you've already bent it... scrap it, buy a new one. It will never be straight again.

Well the pully isn't bent just the little fins on the edges so i straightend them out. I'll give it another shot sunday since I need my car for tomorrow so I can take this girl out for the night ;) . I might just end up trying my college's auto tech shop . Thanks for the help though

I do believe that there is a allen head bolt set in the middle of the pulley I'm sure you took that off didn't you? I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something simple.
