    Search didnt bring anything up...

I was wondering if I could fit the 18" corvette wheels front and rear without rubbing. What size tires would i have to use?

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...936586519&rd=1

Those are the wheels I am looking at. I saw them on a camaro the other day and they looked sweet.

I would like to get 18's if possible. Do these wheels weigh more than the Z28 16in. wheels I have on there now? How much will this slow me down if any?

Yes they will fit. I have the Z06 18x9.5 rims and have no rubbing front or rear. They will be just a little heavier because of the added size. They will also slow you down a little too. I will say you will notice a difference when you put them on but if you decide to boost your HP that will make up for that.

Will I need adapters or will they bolt up?

I have seen these wheels used on Fbodies before and I don't recall anyone saying about them rubbing in the rear. That was using the C5 front however, which is a 17x8.5 with less backspacing.

I think you're going to have problems with rubbing putting a rear wheel on the front because of the increased backspacing.

I think those style corvette wheels on your ebay link are 17" fronts though. You might want to check with seller. Thats how they cam e on the corvettes. 17" front and 18" rear. But if you got them 275/35R18 should be the tire you need.

^^ Yeah, the seller says 18x9.5 x four but a stock Corvette would have 17x8.5 fronts.

You guys that put 18x9.5 "Z06" wheels on your cars are replica wheels that have a corrected offset. Factory C5 rear wheels have a 60-something offset, could cause problems if you put them up front.

Ya, I was just showing the style I wanted. So the replicas shouldnt need any kind of adapters.

I would check with the seller to see if they measure x120.65mm or x120.5mm. if they are 120.5 they will fit on, but there will be problems and i was told they rattle and can possibly fall off. Make sure they are 120.65mm
