i'm a noob to the suspension aspect of my camaro and i was wondering...i'm looking into a set of eibach lowering springs. if i got them, would i have to wait until i got new shocks to install them or would the eibach springs be compatible with my stock shocks?

Well, with eibachs, technically, no you wouldn't need new shocks. However, it would be almost pointless not to put new shocks on since your going to have to rip apart your struts to get the eibachs on. If your going to put new shocks on later it would just be redundent work, ripping apart your struts again. I'd recommend to buy shocks and springs and then put then all on at once.99 WS6

Disagree. The Eibachs are substantially higher spring rate than stock and the stock shocks won't control them very well.
You have a 94. If the shocks are actually 10 years old they should be replaced anyway.2000 Firebird convert, chameleon/tan, M5, Y87, TCS, BMR tower brace and panhard, KBDD sfcs, 245/50-16 GSCs

well, it says on the website that they can be replaced without the shocks. I did not recommend or condone it, I was just sayin that it can be done :\
