Well, my power steering is pretty on an off. Sometimes it's there, and other times it is hard as hell to turn the wheel. Also, when it's colder out it's a lot easier to turn, and slowly gets worse as it warms up.
The only thing that is consistent is that it makes this really bad wheezing sound when I turn my steering wheel, even just put some preassure of one side of it. I know it's not a leak, because I already checked for that, and the fluid is where it's supposed to be.
So do you guys think it's the rack and pinion, or the pump?
