Alright. So I am re-doing my front pads and rotors this sunday. I heard that I may want to use brake cleaner on my new rotors before I use them and the guy at autozone said I should sand them. But most others dont mention anything. So what do I do to prepare the rotors for use? Oh yeah. They are just stock flat rotors. Thanks.

Bone stock V6 3.8L auto. Exhaust on the way, then intake, and tranny kit. -

just wipe with some brake cleaner... sanding is ususally done after turning a used set of rotorsComment
