  • how to lower front another inch

i have the eibach prokit, 18 inch rear, 17 inch front rims, the front actually sits to high up, it looks weird, and at night, my lights point up towards the cars, i cant see the road. its not that bad, but its getting another the way it looks parked, i want another inch, spindle drops look like alot and i heard i shouldnt do that. what to do?

Maybe cut a little off of the springs? I don't know if that's safe or not, but it's my only guess.

Changing front tires to a much lower profile would work...

Spindle drops are good because they retain the original (or aftermarket in your case) components ... although I haven't seen them (or really looked) for them for our cars. As far as safety and reliability goes, spindle drops (from a good company) are good.

Switch over from the Eibachs to a coilover kit like the Ground Controls would work. I could prob drop any corner until the tire rubs the top of the well, with all the adjustment range I have.

The spring jackers give you the ability to tweak the height exactly where you want, a big bonus to putting in a set of springs and hoping you like the height and it's even.

coilover kit is pretty expensive for me right now. when my car idles its making this weird noise that i cant describe right now, but it runs great, i have a feeling the tranny or the motor its self is gonna crap out soon.... im brokw as it is. thanks for your sugjestions. im going to look into a coilover kit, how much could i get for my eibach springs and bilsteins?

You could prob reuse the bilsteins, and eventually send them out to get revalved to better match the spring rates you end up with.

Not sure what the springs are going for in the for sale section, try a search there.

another free way i heard of is use clamps or sumtin to compress the springs. the ride gets kinda crappy but its free, adjustable, u can make it stock again it unlike cutting. both messes with the spring rate i think
