Those who went with Eibach or MAC springs, did you lose track times?

I always wonder about this. Some of the F-body V8 owners are installing F-body V6 spring to improve drag time. I guess the car has to squat when the power transfer to the back.
But I've seen one F-body lowered and it looked good. I wonder though, if you do lose track times, but by how much. I know handling improves considerably.
I'm sure this has been discuss before but I can't find any specific topic on this.
I put on the 93-97 v6 eibach's... I'm going to the track thrusday... I'll let ya know if I'm slower.
Looks 5 times better thought... w/ the take-off decarbons it dropped my car about 3/4 to and inch all the way around.

Thor, I installed 1LE springs all around, along with HALs up front and CE Drags out back. The setup continued to work well for Autocross (though it gets tail-happy under braking), and I'll be trying it out saturday at the strip. Swapped my V6 rear springs with a a buddy for all of his 1LE's.
Will the V8's hurt my launch? Probably, but hopefully not horribly.

Well I ran roughly the same. But launching is quite different. So yes, it hurts a little.
