If the tires are nearly new - that is a very good deal if you like the wheels.

tires have almost perfect tread as they are currently on his S10 and he doesnt have enough power to peel out...hehe
i like the rims aight, its cheap enough that they are very attractive! hehe

I'd pay 700, used rims and used tires

so you dont think it would be worth it? ive inspected them myself, they look brand new, no curb rash or anything
tires have probably 98% of the tread left, as they are almost new as well
the only reason hes getting rid of them is they are too big for his truck, he cant turn his wheels enough to turn so hes getting smaller rims

800 bones is a pretty good price, but I'd deffinatly try an haggle him down. Like if you have that kinda cash on you see if he'll take 650 CASH or 700 CASH.

People generally seem to loose common sense when approched with large amounts of cash in one sitting. LOL

if they are as new as you say they are, take your money and make him negotiate. Keep it in both pockets. Make him think that's all you got. When he wants to haggle you, try to get him to a point you'll consider. Don't let him see all you have. Let him see the money like Triad said, and temp him with it. Wave it around and everything. :D
