alright i have to take these *****es off because the bushings have gone bad. is it worth the money to buy the bmr lower a arms or should i just change out the bushings. also can i even change these bushings? i know i cant change the upper a arm bushings are the lowers the same? i am leaning towards getting the new a arms and taking some weight out and getting better parts but im not quite sure yet. all opinions and suggestions are wanted.
thanks, John.

thanks for the heads up on the a arms. i think i'll stick with bmr though since my other parts are all from them. i guess i'll just go ahead and upgrade.

I ordered 2 used stock LCA's and only got one, stupid dumb *** ****ers can't count to 2.
You can take the rubber bushings out. I used a press to push out the ball joint, no problem.
Tryed to push out the rubber mounts and it wasn't going to happen. There was no way I could line up and push out the bushing on that over sized hyd. press.
Now the Rubber bushings that have the bolt from the K-member going through them look hard to knock out.
I'm going to ask over on thirdgen.org and see what they think.
Last time I removed bushings like that I grabed a oxy fuel torch and burned them out.
I think there is a better way.
I put the LCA on my chasse parts reengineering page.

You need to burn out the old bushings, that is the most popular way.
There is a steel sleve around the rubber bushing you need to knock out so you will have to think about that too.
Other guys say to use a drill, saws all and air hammer and work them out.
