ABS didnt work and now it does why?

I was trying to get out of my neighborhood this morning, got stuck on this one hill, kept spining the wheels so I had to reverse, when i looked down the ABS inop light was on, when I finly got moving on flat land again, I hit the breaks and no ABS so I got home turned it off.

2 minutes later I started it up, drove 10 ft, locked up the brakes and it worked again, light was off too!

is it because I was useing the ABS so much? anyway, it workes now.

Well, I'm guessing you were in snow correct?
We got about 4 inches here :(
Might have just been a glitch or something??

like james said most likely a glitch... I've had that happen too,
