  • Is it safe to lower just the rear???

I want to lower the rear just to level out the car. The front looks fine but there is a big gap in the back. I measured this game and there is a 2 inch difference than in the front. If I change the springs will I need different shocks? Will the stock shocks work? By the way does anyone else have this gap? My ride is 94 firebird.
What I got you got to get and put it in you.

there are alot of ways you can do this..

you can lower it almost an inch by replacing the spring insulators wth thinner ones.. or replace them with a light amount of padding and no insulators..

do it right the first time or dont do it at all.
when i got my car the rear was lowered, however the previous owner chopped the springs. now i've gotta replace them since the car bouncer around like a 2 dollar hoe.
spend the cash and do it right, or go the easy way and then you'll have to do it right.
