You have a lot of options, and most of them are costly to lower it and do it right. If you spend less than $700 on parts to lower your car - you're basically shortchanging yourself.
I recommend a set of Eibach lowering springs, the prokits, with a set of revalved bilstein HDs from sam strano. If you must, at least go with $300 Bilstein HDs and a prokit... do not lower your car without changing your shocks... and do not cut your springs.
Lowering the front and not the rear is not advisable either.
If you want to trade my 17" wheels for your 18" wheels, I will be more than willing to do that! I have 2 17" and 2 18" ones here like you do but want the 18" all around so if you want to trade straight up or for even a little money, lemme know. They are GM OEM wheels, polished just like yours.
