Is it worth it to spend the extra money buying a set of SLP's or Kenny Brown? or should I just buy the BMR set which is what most people buy? Is there any difference performance-wise between these SFC?
    Thanks for any help.

the diamond design is stronger, however it is a lot heavier and probably wont be noticed over a straight subframe unless you autoX

Get the BMRs man, I have the boxed kind and they're as sturdy as anything else out there. The "diamond" part of those other designs looks fancy but is then metal and isn't going to help you out that much anyways. You can get tubular BMRs like most people on here but they're the weakest design and only save you slightly on weight (few lbs total).

The differences between all these sfcs are relatively small, both in performance and in weight. It's all pretty theoretical and practically, I doubt that you'd notice the difference in either performance or weight.

Basically everyone seems to be happy with their subframe connectors. Getting a competent installation is probably the most important thing.
