I just got my STB from BMR. I put it on and noticed it makes the transmission dipstick hard to get out, the STB is in the way. The dipstick actually rubs on the STB. Is this normal. Any input would be appeciated. Thanks

Thanks for the input, I actually looked at it closer, it's not touching, about a 1/4 of an inch gap. Not that big of a problem, the dipstick still comes out fine. :cool:1999 Silverado- Bagged, colormatched and rollin on stock chrome 16\'s<br />Make love not war, hell do both, get married

You can always bend the metal tranny dipstick tube slightly.
I did that, when I had one of those STB'sRace car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
