  • Question...Need quick answer

I just got my STB from BMR. I put it on and noticed it makes the transmission dipstick hard to get out, the STB is in the way. The dipstick actually rubs on the STB. Is this normal. Any input would be appeciated. Thanks

I noticed the same thing, i've driven about 10,000 miles with it doing it. Trust me, nothing to be concerned about.

Thanks for the input, I actually looked at it closer, it's not touching, about a 1/4 of an inch gap. Not that big of a problem, the dipstick still comes out fine.

You can always bend the metal tranny dipstick tube slightly.
I did that, when I had one of those STB's
