the problem with 285s is you need a minimum 9.5" wheel to run them, and your choices are very limited. 275/40s - more choices, about the same width, fits on a 9" wheel... go with a 275.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

i have a 1997 camaro ss with 285s onthe back and 275s on the front. 285s are to big for the front steering. Also, i would recommend that you go with like a 265 on the front because my car handles real weird on bumps because of teh larger tires. but go with the 285s they are teh dream!Teh Cars:
2002 Firebird V6
1997 Camaro SS 30th
1991 Firebird V6
1989 Firebird Formula
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/855002
