Okay, I recently got some 18 inc RVM spazio's off ebay.. Probably my first mistake, nonetheless... Here's the problem.

Back rims go on fine, all is perfect, front rims rub the calipers, barely.. But they rub.

I put a spacer on, but with a spacer on, the lugs won't catch the stud. And again, without the spacer, it rubs. Longer lugs didn't work either, still wouldn't catch..

What are my options at this point? Longer studs? Would it be possible or safe to shave the caliper down a little? I just had a rear stud replaced and it was $60 for one. I couldn't imagine replacing 10...

Any help would be much appreciated.

just go to pep boys or autozone and put longer studs. simple as that. and if you get long ones you can always shave them down.

Other option is to grind the caliper a bit.

Just grind the caliper, its not that tough, just takes a little time. To make my 15" Draglites fit I had to grind the piss out of mine and they're still working great.
