  • Wheel bearing...

I believe the front drivers wheel bearing is gone.

I jacked up the drivers side of the car and got some play but very little from it. I did the same to the passenger side and got very little play (perhaps none at all).

Would it be a good assumption to say its the drivers side? As well when making a right corner at highway speeds (when the pressure is on the the drivers wheel) It becomes really noisy... sounds like a gravel road or something...

it certainly sounds like your bearing is gone. Should be an easy swap as we have sealed bearings, but it ain't cheap. Unfortunately with a sealed bearing what you have done is really the only way to tell.
One other thing though I'd check the tie rod end also. Those can fool ya into changing a wheel bearing sometimes. But it sounds like the bearing.

Well it turns out both front wheel bearings were bad. No one had them in stock. I ended up getting a set of used ones from a junk yard. But the noise and sloppy front end has been cleared up.
