I am having a poping sound coming from the Driver side front tire area. i have just put on 17X9.5 inch wheels on 285X40X17 inch tires. I can only see one spot where the tire is rubbing when the tires are turned but I hear this sound when ever I'm driving straight. The oddest thing is when I brake the poping sound stops. the sound is spaced out like something hitting only on one rotation, so the faster I go the more I hear it and the slower I go the less I hear it.
