  • Which Tires should I get?

Continental ContiExtreme contacts for $100 or Kumho Ecsta ASX's for $88 ? I'm going with 245 50 16's I would also like to know if that size tire will offset my speedo any?

    Thanks all.

... I have not used either..

and while i hate my kumho 712's to death.. for the money they are pretty good..

I would spend a little extra $$ and get those.. they are an OK tire..

i wouldent even consider those other two.. but i am picky..

I have the Kumho 712's on my 16" rims (which are in storage), and I also bought them for my new 17" WS6 rims. I personally like them. Excellent wet traction, and dry isn't so bad either.

The ASX's are rated higher than the 712's and are more expensive I can get 712's for $84

Dayton Daytona SR's. I'm on my 2nd set. The first set lasted over 50,000 miles, they have great wet-road traction, and I get mine for less than $400 a set.
