would it be ise to buy a slightly smaller tire for the front and a wider tire in the back or would that be stupid i dont know oh yeah this is off topic but what do the numbers stand for im thinking hidth width but i dont know

Numbers eg: 245/50/16 width/height/rim size. 97W is service rating and SL would be load rating.
Go to www.tirerack.com There you will find all the info on tires and the what the markings mean.
There are a lot more people on here that know more than I do, but ask questions and do the research and you will learn just as much.
