  • Spring help?

    i posted this in the 3rd gen but got no responce:

    Don't let the name throw ya,i was gonna sell it but ended up deciding not too,i have a 1986 2.8 camaro and i want to upgrade the springs (they are OE :eek: ) and i wonder if anybody knows the stock height of the unloaded front and rear springs? cause i wana get some that are about 2-3 inches taller so the car rides a little higher and don't flame me i know all about how it'll affect the handling and everything else includint the compression rate stuff i just want more ground clearance >.<

    You may wanna look in a "McQuay-Norris" catalog at your local Autozone or other parts place. McQuay Norris is a big aftermarket suspension company (stock replacement parts) but their catalog has a lot of specifics like that.
