Try brake cleaner...spray it in at the top of the rotors so it cleans all the dust off.

You could try like WD-40 on the lugnut maybe?

As for the brake squeek, I had one with my 2000 Camaro that went away when I got the rotors cut (probably b/c they cleaned everything). You could try cleaning the rotors like speedy-v6-camaro said, plus I'd clean off the brake pads while you're at it (the pads have 2 grooves in them which get clogged with dust).

A number of things can cause and cure brake squeel, it just depends.

It might be dust, it might be glazed pads, it might be pad tapering, it might be no antisqueel on the backs of the pads? who knows... Just gotta do some checking.
